KP 50 EASY

Entry level product maintains, however, the characteristics of the entire KP KleenPower line, advantages that can be summarized as follows:

Continuous filtration of the washing liquid, continuous distillation of the washing liquid;
Continuous separation of the emulsion with automatic water drain;
Complete separation of the oil from the washing liquid, with continuous automatic discharge;
Continuous recording of operational data;
Remote connection via Internet;
Easy accessibility for maintenance.

KP.EASY is equipped with a manual loading platform which can be shifted with a roller conveyor, this version the manual loading platform allows the management of 2+2 baskets for the discharge of the washed product.

In order to give the customer a large margin of choice, IFP Europe has provided, in addition to the KP 50 EASY and KP 100 EASY versions, the KP 150 EASY and KP 200 EASY versions, both models are designed for application from the automation “protect” and the interactive totem with Simantic HMI touch , designed and manufactured by IFP Europe.

Manual and automatic loading platform

KP 50 EASY e KP 100 EASY washing machines can be equipped with a manual loading platform with roller conveyor, a practical and original accessory designed by IFP Europe. The loading platform allows coplanar movement that facilitates the manual loading and unloading phase 1+1 basket for the KP 50 EASY and the 2+2 baskets for the KP 100 EASY, this last one is also predisposed for loading and unloading baskets automatically.

For the KP 100 EASY, KP 150 EASY and KP 200 EASY versions there is the “protect” automation, effective and functional for loading and unloading baskets. It can also be equipped with an automatic tray and lid which allows greater control in the movement of the baskets during the washing cycles.
All automation operations connected to the functions of the washing machine, are controlled by the management software specifically programmed by the technical office of IFP Europe observing the procedures provided by the Industry 4.0 standard.

The automations of the KP Kleen Power line are made according to customer’s production needs.

IFP.TOOLS

A series of original components and accessories “made in IFP Europe” are available as optional. For the KP.EASY we recommend baskets entirely made of thick stainless steel wire to which the PVC trays with the KP.PIN supports can be integrated, useful for efficaciously locking different metal components or particularly delicate ones.
The FAMI modularity of the baskets facilitates logistic management during storage.

The basket carriage with manual locking and the original interactive totem equipped with large Simatic HMI touch display can be used to support the KP.EASY washing machine.
