The smallest of the KP Kleen Power line
The KP.30 is a compact washing machine that guarantees production efficiency with low energy consumption.
The “green technology” that distinguishes the entire KP Kleen Power Line, allows the KP.30 washing machine to fit in small artisan workshops or spaces that are not too big because the absence of spills or harmful exhalations, almost no maintenance and its silence are the conditions that make working environment comfortable, guaranteeing maximum safety for the operator.
Thanks to a Simatic HMI touch panel integrated on the washing machine, all the machine service operations can be carried out: the management of the washing cycles entirely under vacuum, the control functions of the individual components, the remote production control and the maintenance alarm in case of need, are all operations carried out by a management software 4.0 integrated version and on request customized by the technical office.
KP.30 can be equipped with a washing chamber able to accept a H30 CM basket. Normally the washing chamber is suitable to accept H20 baskets.

IFP.TOOLS
A series of original “made in IFP Europe” components and accessories are available as options. For the KP.30 we recommend baskets entirely made of thick stainless steel wire to which the PVC trays with KP.PIN supports can be integrated, extremely useful for locking effectively different metal components or particularly delicate.
The Fami modularity of the baskets facilitates logistics management during storage.
The basket carriage with manual locking and the original interactive totem that are equipped with a large Simatic HMI touch display can be used to support the KP.30 washing machine
