Thanks to the treatment cycle with modified alcohol entirely under vacuum up to 1 milibar and the rich standard and optional equipment, the KP.HMA line expresses the maximum that metal finishing technology can express.

KP.HMA washing machine can change its configuration over time thanks to its structural modularity, it can integrate the third tank for specific washing liquids, a group for the application of the protective agent , additional filtration groups and can be integrated with one or more generators with relative ultrasound transducers.

Manual and automatic loading platform

KP 50 HMA and KP 100 HMA washing machines can be equipped with a manual loading platform with roller conveyor, a practical and original accessory designed by IFP Europe. The loading platform allows coplanar movement that facilitates the manual loading and unloading phase 1+1 basket for the KP 50 HMA, and the 2+2 baskets for the KP 100 HMA, this last one is also predisposed for loading and unloading baskets automatically.

For the KP 100 HMA, KP 150 HMA and KP 200 HMA versions there is the “protect” automation, effective and functional for loading and unloading baskets. It can also be equipped with an automatic tray and lid which allows greater control in the movement of the baskets during the washing cycles.

The automatic basket handling system, based on the washing machine model , can manage the load from 2 to 4 baskets simultaneously with the possibility of integrating an automatic load recognition system.

All automation operations connected to the functions of the washing machine, are controlled by the management software specifically programmed by the technical office of IFP Europe observing the procedures provided by the Industry 4.0 standard.

The automations of the KP Kleen Power line are made according to customer’s production needs.

IFP.TOOLS

A series of original components and accessories “made in IFP Europe” are available as optional. Specifically for the KP.HMA a very functional and sturdy large steel basket has been created, in many cases specific baskets are designed and manufactured suitable for production needs.

The interactive totem equipped with large Simatic HMI touch display with simplified graphic interface and management software programmed on specific customers requests is used to support the KP.HMA washing machines.
